Our products are developed and manufactured by a producer with around 19 years of experience in natural cosmetics production.

This long-standing expertise is not only reflected in the formulation but, above all, in the clearly structured processes, quality standards, and the consistent further development of production.

Production according to the highest quality standards (ISO 22716)

Our products are manufactured in a production facility certified according to ISO 22716:2007. This standard represents the so-called "Good Manufacturing Practice" (GMP) in cosmetics.

Specifically, this means:
- Strict hygiene standards in all areas
- Controlled manufacturing processes
- Clean handling during production, storage, and shipping
- Clear documentation and traceability of each batch

The goal is to ensure consistently high quality, safety, and cleanliness at every stage.

 

Hygiene & Protection against Contamination

Cleanliness is not an "extra" but a standard. Production takes place under controlled conditions that ensure that:
- Work environments are clean and monitored
- Processes are clearly defined
- Contaminations are consistently avoided

GMP-certified production facilities ensure that these standards are maintained not just once but permanently.

Quality from Start to Finish

Quality doesn't just begin with the finished product – it runs through the entire process.

Raw materials:

- Selection according to clear supplier guidelines
- Testing for purity, suitability, and quality

During production:

- Monitoring of physical and chemical properties

End product:

- Testing by qualified chemists
- Control for safety, stability, and conformity

Tests: internally & externally verified

Our products go through several testing stages:
- Internal laboratory tests (e.g., stability, shelf life, product properties)
- External laboratory tests that additionally check whether the preservation remains effective throughout the entire lifespan

This combination ensures that the products function reliably and safely – even over longer periods.

Batch Consistency & Traceability

Every single batch is tested and compared with the original laboratory formulation.

This means:
- Consistent quality
- Consistent performance
- Full traceability

This ensures that you receive the same quality with every product.

Sustainability in Production

In addition to quality, sustainability also plays a central role:
- Use of renewable energy
- Use of environmentally friendly cleaning agents
- Focus on reducing environmental impact
- Shipping boxes consist of approx. 88% recycled material

The formulations are also biodegradable.

 

Packaging & Material Selection

The selection of packaging is based on clear criteria:
- Quality
- Compatibility with the product
- Sustainability

All packaging is tested in advance to ensure optimal functionality.

This applies to:
- Use of recyclable materials
- Partial use of recycled content (e.g., for shipping boxes)

Responsibility in the Supply Chain

Nothing is left to chance in the selection of suppliers either.

These are selected according to strict standards:
- Purity of ingredients
- Traceability
- Sustainability
- Ethical sourcing

Where possible, local suppliers are also prioritized.

Production & Origin

Production takes place in Latvia. Products shipped via a US fulfillment center are also manufactured there.

Legal Safety: EU Regulation 1223/2009

All products comply with EU Regulation 1223/2009, the central legal framework for cosmetic products in the European Union.

This includes, among other things:
- Strict safety requirements
- Comprehensive safety assessments before market launch
- Clear labeling (e.g., ingredients, application)
- Prohibition of animal testing for products and ingredients
- Clear responsibility through a "responsible person" within the EU
