Usually the average shipping time is 5-10 working days.

Please note that delays may occur during times of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

After your package has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This contains one or more tracking numbers that you can use to track the current status of your package at any time. You will also find the expected time of delivery in it.

If the parcel delivery person does not find you at home, you can use the shipment tracking to check whether the parcel was left with a neighbour or at a branch, for example.

If a product is sold out, we offer the option to notify you by email as soon as the product is available again.

On the product page you will find a field where you can enter your email address. As soon as the product is back in stock, we will notify you immediately by email.

We recommend that you use this option to ensure that you can receive the product you want as soon as it is available again.
Alternatively, you can contact our customer service, who will be happy to help you and provide further information about the product and its availability.

If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to correct the error and ensure that you receive your desired products in the correct form and in a timely manner.

Please ensure that you have all relevant information about your order to hand so that we can help you quickly and effectively. This includes your order number and a detailed description of the problem.

You will receive further information about shipping costs directly at the checkout of your purchase.

Since we attach great importance to sustainable purchasing behavior in the interest of the environment, we can only offer free deliveries to a limited extent.

But don't worry! Since we offer a more than fair product price for all our customers, you will hardly notice any difference :)

You can redeem the voucher code you received during the order process in our online shop. Once you have placed your desired products in the shopping cart, you will find a field to enter the voucher code. Enter the code and click "Redeem" to apply the discount to your order.

If you cannot enter the voucher code in the shopping cart, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you and ensure that you can redeem the voucher code successfully.

It is possible to cancel an order at any time. If you do so within 24 hours of placing the order, it is free of charge.

Please note:

  2. Items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be sent back to us.
  3. Due to current EU regulations, returns after a hygiene product has been opened or damaged are not possible.
