SKINCARE ROUTINE I DRY SKIN I INCLUDING PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
Do you have dry skin, want to achieve visibly nourished & shiny skin, and don't want a 10-step routine? Then you've come to the right place, because even with just a few steps, you can achieve a lot with the right combination.
STEP 1 - Cleanse your skin
We start with a mild cleanser that removes impurities WITHOUT stripping the skin of its natural oils. This is important to preserve the natural skin barrier and moisture balance.
OPTIONAL: Cleansing with one product is usually sufficient. If you wear a lot of makeup, you can optionally do a second round with the same product, or use a two-phase cleanser before your regular cleanser. This product gently tackles tough opponents like liquid lipstick or mascara.
MY RECOMMENDATION:
- Gentle Milk Cleanser
- Pure Balance Make-up Remover
STEP 2 - Prepare your skin
After cleansing, apply a toner to balance the skin's pH value and improve the absorption of subsequent skincare products. You can apply it with a cotton pad or, to save product, directly with your hands.
MY RECOMMENDATION:
- Hydra Boost Toner
STEP 3 - Nourish
Apply a rich, nourishing day cream. A good cream not only moisturizes your skin but also strengthens the skin barrier – which is crucial for dry skin.
OPTIONAL: If you feel you need more care in the evening, you can extend your routine with a richer night care product or mix your day cream with a little oil. If you want to use a serum in addition to your day cream, always remember to apply the thinner, lighter product before the thicker product.
MY RECOMMENDATION:
- Deep Repair Nourishing Balm
- Lift Effect Peptide Serum (Opt.)
- Ceramide Night Balm (Opt.)
- Balance Repair Face Oil (Opt.)
STEP 4 - Sun Protection
VERY IMPORTANT! Protect your skin from harmful UV rays with a non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) sunscreen. You didn't hear it from me, but... Sun protection is THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP in any skincare routine!
MY RECOMMENDATION:
- Tinted Sunscreen SPF30
